The Tales of Robin Hood

Lady Marian Fitzwalter has been serving the Queen, but now is returning to her ancestral home. Word has reached court of the untimely death of her childhood sweetheart, Robert of Locksley. Heartbroken, Marian has agreed to marry Sir Philip de Marque, the Sheriff of Nottingham. See what happens at Welcome the Queen, the Archery Tournament, the Sheriff ’s Chess Match and Robin Hood’s Bridge. At Meet Robin Hood’s Band, children will have the opportunity to get to know these heroes personally.

Knighting Ceremony

What does it take to become a Knight of the Realm?
Learn the rules and responsibilities of knighthood and take the Oath of Chivalry along with Robin Hood, Sir Angus and Francis Drake.  Queen Elizabeth herself will preside over this ceremony and will personally knight each candidate with the Sword of Investiture.
On Roselawn Field immediately following the 2:00 Gaming Joust.
For for children up to 12 years of age.

Storybook Theatre

In Storybook Theatre: The Terrible Ogre, the Ogre was terribly misunderstood. All she wanted to do was find a friend.
Now in Storybook Theatre: The Witch’s Revenge, the Evil Witch and Rotten Tree plot mischief and mayhem upon the unsuspecting Terrible Ogre and her friend, the Happy Woodsman. Will the dastardly duo succeed or will the two friends avoid their slimy clutches?!
Recommended for ages 5-8.

Kid's Quest!

A brand new quest for young adventurers!

Imaginative children are invited to embark on Kid'sQuest!, an interactive fantasy adventure.
With Tuula the Air Fairy and her friend Sean the Faun, participants will solve riddles, meet strange fantastical creatures and help Tuula rescue her sisters from the evil pirate, Captain Plunder! Approximately 30 minutes
Times: 11:30 am, 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm
Cost: $5 per quest/per child
Recommended for ages 4-12

Boffer Wars!
Training opportunities for fledgling warriors-to-be!

Think that you can swing a sword against an opponent in combat? At the Warrior Encampment on Forest Walk, you can test your skills against one of our trained
mercenaries and receive a lesson in swordmanship. Do you have what it takes to become a WARRIOR?
Boffer Wars occurs throughout the day.
Cost: $5 per training session/per child
Recommended for ages 8-12
