At last, the 2009 Photo Contest begins! Winners announced in 2010.

Read the rules, download the PDF file, prepare your NY Faire photos,
and send by U.S. Postal Mail to us BY NOV. 21, 2009. (The address is IN the PDF file.)

NO e-mail entries will be accepted.

Finalists will be announced spring, May, June ... sometime in 2010.
Winners will be announced June-ish or so, 2010. Good Luck!

OFFICIAL RULES for the 2009 Photo Contest

1. Prints MUST be 8.5"x11" or larger, or at 300 dpi on a disk and may be black and white or color.
2. Only photos of the 2009 New York Renaissance Faire may be submitted.
3. Entries must be postmarked no later than 11/21/09.
4. Each photo must be labeled with its own Official Entry Form.
5. PHOTOS WILL NOT BE RETURNED, and become the property of the New York Renaissance Faire. Entered photos may be used in conjunction with advertising, promotions and other activities. By entering contest, participants grant the New York Renaissance Faire and Renaissance Entertainment Productions LLC full rights to publish and or exhibit photos without payment or compensation.
6. The New York Renaissance Faire is not responsible for entries delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping.
7. Winning photos will be selected on the basis of originality and interest. Decisions of the judges are final.
8. All entries must be mailed with correct postage to the address given right above the top of the entry form.
9. No purchase necessary.
10. Employees of the New York Renaissance Faire and their families are not eligible to participate.
11. The New York Renaissance Faire reserves the right to substitute prizes based on availability.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
13. Winners are responsible for taxes on prizes if applicable.
